Etisalat BIS on android now working and active. ( to enjoy this you need to download Psiphon application from Play Store)
Here is how to enjoy it
Go to your phone setting and create a new setting with
Name: ETISALAT
APN: BlackBerryx.net
Proxy: blank
Etc: blank
Then save
Open your psiphon and save the following settings
Proxy Type: Real host
Proxy Server: blackberryid.blackberry.com
Leave every other thing blank
Scroll down and save
Go to options and more options and untick USE HTTP PROXY
Go back and save again then restart your phone
Recharge your phone with any amount but what you need is just N70, then go to message and send Elite to 399 you will now be charged N70
Reboot your phone again as it's normal for bb service then put your data on and open your psiphon and connect it and you're good to go.
